Assets of Georgia Toiletries Items Manufacturer

Sale of assets of N.F. International, Inc., includes:

1. The tangible assets (the “NF Assets”) of NF consist primarily of
   (i) raw incense wands and sticks located at the Warehouse,
   (ii) bottle, caps, and sprayers delivered in the Bottle Containers,
   (iii) packaging delivered in the Packaging Container,
   (iv) incense sticks in packaging that is subject to the claims of infringement by Noorani,
   (v) packaging, boxes, bags, stickers, and related materials that are subject to the claims of infringement by Noorani,
   (vi) the Wands that arrived April 13, 2024,
   (vii) the Large Wands set to arrive April 24, 2024,
   (viii) barrels and tubs of chemicals, fragrances, polybags, and hazardous materials located at the Warehouse, many of which are expired, outdated, rejected, or otherwise of little value (the “Chemicals”), and certain pallet lifts.
2. The assets of AB consist primarily of the Tradenames.
3. The Bankruptcy Estate may also include additional intellectual property, domain names, and social media. Trustee makes no representations as to the existence, ownership, or title of the additional intellectual property.
